Telecommunications MDF Management:
We offer a fixed yearly maintenance contract for multi-storey buildings which involves the following services:
• Monthly inspection of all your MDF and IDF cabinets.
• Unlimited telephone support regarding any MDF and IDF issues, including Internet dropouts, crackly lines, tenant questions regarding adding copper & fibre infrastructure.
• Management of customer complaints regarding dropping internet and lack of pair issues.
• Detection and removal of unused jumper wire, rubbish & tags to keep your MDF/IDF’s clean.
• Inspect any cabling additions to ensure they comply with relevant laws and new cabling details that have been added to all record books.
• Creation and installation of instructional signage to all MDF rooms and IDF cabinets to instruct technicians to complete records and remove rubbish.
• Replacement of lost & stolen record books.
• Reporting of OH&S issues including lighting, trip and all safety hazards to building management.
• Drawing of cable route maps where required to assist technicians find the route of cables and location of IDF cabinets.
• Discussion with onsite building management to address any telecommunications related issues and provide support whilst onsite.
