Frequently Asked Questions

 

Q. How much will it cost to have the line jumpered to my apartment?

A. $90 only, there are no other charges.

 

Q. Are there any other charges?

A. No, only $90 to jumper a new line to existing cabling.

 

Q. Will I be able to use the Internet once you leave?

A. Yes, we will test the Internet and ensure it’s working, if there is a problem with the service we will speak to your ISP to ensure it gets fixed.

 

Q. Do you have keys for the MDF room?

A. Yes we have MDF room keys, in some cases, some buildings with a Concierge have a special private key, but we can ask the concierge to open the room for us. We also have NMB Key, XYZ Key, MLV Key, TEL Key and ABLOY Key to access MDF Rooms.

 

Q. What happens if the line isn’t tagged or working at the MDF?

A. You always pay $90 for the first visit however once the carrier tags the line we will RETURN FREE of charge until the issue is fixed.

 

Q. Are you qualified to perform this work?

A. We are all ACMA registered technicians with a minimum of 10 years experience each.

 

Q. I am not sure where, or what the MDF is? How will you find it?

A. Our technicians can easily find the MDF.

 

Q. Do I have to ask my landlord’s permission to have the new line connected?

A. No you don’t, because we are jumpering a line to existing cabling, we are not modifying or adding new cabling.
